Training Opportunities
The University of the West Indies (UWI) Centre for Resource Management and Environmental Studies (CERMES) at the Cave Hill Campus in Barbados is offering an MPhil degree which focuses on marine resource governance in the Eastern Caribbean.
The degree will be facilitated by a two year fellowship and research grant and is scheduled to commence in the academic year 2007/2008. The fellowship and research are associated with the CERMES four-year project on 'Marine Resource Governance in the Eastern Caribbean' (MarGov project) which has been implemented with the aid of a grant from the International Development Research Centre (IDRC).
